Position Summary

The ideal candidate will analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities. The candidates will apply their knowledge, skills and experience to evaluate the current performance of the business and find ways to help the business reach its full potential.

A day in the life of…

  • Identify business opportunities and establish while maintaining long term business relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Handling customer inquiries as well as managing and interpreting customer requirements and providing required proposals to customer.
  • Prepare market plans and strategies to promote company’s products.
  • Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
  • Liaising with consultants, contractors and end-users for sales presentations and product promotions.
  • Recommend total solutions to customers with sharing knowledge on improved and new products.
  • Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
  • Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
  • Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Regional Sales Engineer

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will use his or her extensive knowledge of a company’s products and the products’ scientific processes to sell the company’s complex scientific and technological products or services to global businesses and organizations.

A day in the life of…

  • To achieve individual sales target through active sales activities.
  • To identify business opportunity, establish and maintain long term business relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Clearly understand requirement for special products or projects, considering the possibility of production, manage to get product cost and lead time that meet customer requirement.
  • To ensure respective sales country have meet their budget.
  • To ensure each sales country capable to do solution selling.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products or services to sales office and customers.
  • To help sales country hand-on-hand penetrate competitor customers and to be a sensor 360 solution to end customer.
  • To ensure adequate communication with the customers on the order status, vessel booking, etc. and decide on follow up action and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • To provide customers’ feedback and information to the Product Development and QA Department for service and product improvement
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What will make you successful…

  • Degree in engineering or relevant qualification.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team.
  • Strong self-confidence and persuasive.
  • Critical tinker and problem-solving skills.

Research & Development Engineer

Research & Development

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be working closely with the team to create functional design concepts, test existing designs, and oversee the implementation of development projects. The candidates also be spearheading the redesign of existing products.

A day in the life of…

  • To Lead engineering efforts for R&D projects, which includes of designing, drafting, prototyping, testing, engineering documentation creation, and plants / business system implementation.
  • To support sales on customized design.
  • Provide technical support, including test report and drawing, to relevant department.
  • To convey technical information on customer requirement from sales to production.
  • To carry out the application of FM/UL standard on new material.
  • To verify new raw material for replacement.
  • Improve designs to achieve material and manufacturing costs saving of existing products.
  • Coordinate procurement and building of engineering models and prototypes
  • Overseeing the Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) techniques, and tolerance stack up analysis to finalize product designs.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed component and assembly drawings that conform to geometric dimensioning and standards.
  • Develop product structure and detailed bills of material.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What will make you successful…

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Manufacturing or any in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in relevant field or experience in Air Filtration Equipment and AHU or HVAC. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skill.
  • Strong analysis, planning, Initiative and able to work independently.
  • PC Skills: Basic Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP system.
  • Teamwork Interpersonal Skills.
