The geofencing feature in the App(s) requires access to your location data. With your permission,
the App(s) will collect your location information to enable the geofencing feature, which automatically controls selected products linked to the App(s), even when the App(s) are running in the background. With ‘background location’ enabled, the App(s) will use your location data (latitude and longitude of your device) to detect movement.

vi. To other Daikin Malaysia group entities to facilitate the provision of products and services to our customers where the project or engagement involves other American Air Filter Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (AAF Malaysia) entities.

We also disclose and transfer Personal Data to the following parties for the purposes of managing, operating, administering and running our business and for our business and legal purposes:

i. To other Daikin Malaysia group entities for purposes of evaluating our products and services and our business as a group.

(AAF Malaysia) provision of products and services or related to products and services provided to American Air Filter Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd.
