SAAFCanister Holding Frame is a durable metal frame designed to securely hold multiple canisters. When fully assembled with canisters, it fits standard-dimension filter sections in air handling units, ensuring easy integration and reliable performance.
Construction
The SAAFCanister Delivery System consists of multiple individual canisters assembled into a galvanised sheet metal holding frame to fit standard dimension filter sections in air handling units. There are a few ranges of construction materials available for the canisters, including plastic, stainless steel, and galvanised steel. The SAAFCanister system comes factory-ready for installation. No special tools are needed to replace a canister. The individual canister seals and holds in the frame, due to its unique seal and bayonet-style clamping mechanism.
Choice of Media
The SAAFCanister Delivery System can be filled with a wide range of chemical media, as well as custom blends.
Application Guide
Always use adequate prefiltration to avoid dust settling on the chemical media. This ensures an optimised lifetime for the chemical filter system without an increase in pressure drop. The pre-filter should be a compact, pleated, or mini-pleated filter cell.
