VariSorb PCY is a highly efficient designed filter, ideal to install in a wide range of applications to improve indoor and outdoor air quality. This filter is effective for the removal of SOx, NOx, Ozone, VOCs, and Odours.
Construction
VariSorb PCY consists of filter elements assembled in a cylinder configuration with metal cap on both sides. The filter caps serve as supporting elements to the media, both of these contribute to the sturdy construction of the product and during installation. This corrosion-free clean filter has a low pressure drop resulting in low energy consumption and generates no particles during operation.
Media
The VariSorb PCY filter features a pleated media comprised of highly active nano carbon embedded to the polymer composite matrix layers. This structure provides a much higher effective area compared to granular bed chemical filters resulting in an excellent rapid adsorption of contaminants at lowest possible pressure drop and maximum energy savings. Particle shedding is also eliminated by the advanced polymer matrix layer selection.
