Excellent Performance
VariSorb TY effectively removes medium and low concentrations of Airborne Molecular Contaminants (AMCs) from air handling systems, by utilising multiple media trays arranged in a V-shaped configuration for maximum efficiency. It is widely used in cleanrooms and other applications requiring high air quality.
Construction
VariSorb TY, with metal cell side and replaceable media trays is designed to withstand the most demanding applications. VariSorb TY box structure construction filter comes with factory-ready installation and no special tools are required for media tray installations and replacements. The filter construction is out-gassing free to ensure cleanroom environment and requirements.
Media
VariSorb TY can be supplied with a wide range of gas specific media or custom blends media which includes activated carbon, impregnated activated carbon, and ion exchange resin. The unique mini-pleating technology causes the contaminants to contact the media 3 times within the filter hence increasing filter removal efficiency at low pressure drop. The filter material is finer and smaller for better AMC contact process to offer higher removal speed.
Additional Features
Each filter is individually sealed in a polybag to prevent adsorption of random gases contaminants prior to installation.
