AAF Kitchen Ecology Solution utilizes Electrostatic Precipitator Technology to enable customers to be in line with these regulations and standards while also providing customers with sustainable and economically feasible systems which have minimal impact on the environment.
The AAF Kitchen Ecology Solution incorporates grease and odour filtration technology with the electrostatic precipitator to filter grease and smoke of high volumes at optimum efficiency. On the other hand, utilizing the (Ultraviolet) UV and (Carbon) CB section can remove the odour from cooking operations. Due to low operating resistance of the system, it can be easily incorporated into existing systems or new systems without a need to upgrade existing exhaust fan capacities. Filters and collection cells only require periodic maintenance by means of washing with warm water and chemicals. Additionally, by reducing oil mist and smoke build ups in ducts, the risk of fire hazard risk can be substantially reduced.
Electrostatic Precipitator Technology consists of the Pre-Filter, Ionizer, Collector and After Filter sections. The Pre-Filter section filters out coarse particles from the contaminated air, while the Ionizer section charges the fine particles that are not filtered by the pre filter. These charged particles will then enter the Collector section which is made up of parallel spaced plates. Each alternating plate is charged with the same polarity as the charged particles which will in effect repel the particles on to the other set of plates that is grounded. The particles will remain collected at the grounded plates until they are washed away. The after filter section is entirely optional. Whether it is for removal of odours or hazardous gases, this section is customizable to meet the customers’ needs as AAF has a full range of filtration products capable of serving their requirements.
